Experience highly technical discussion with today’s leading SDN Practitioners about:

  • Actual SDN use cases in production TODAY at Indiana University
  • Case Study: If you were to build one SDN test bed in 2012:
    • What should the candidate use case(s) be?
    • What OpenSource and Commercial technologies should you consider?
    • How to connect it to your non-SDN network?
    • Implementation options?
    • Common pitfalls
    • How to define and measure success
    • Where to get help and resources?
  • Security considerations:
    • Implication of running an SDN network - risks and exposure

    • Details around how to meet HIPPA, PCI, and SOX with SDNs

Expect a highly-interactive roundable discussion. Bring your questions and ideas for a lively exchange and benefit from the experience of engineers and architects who have deep experience in running SDNs.

BONUS: Sign up early and get an exclusive invitation to our evening event with Phil Porras of SRI, one of the leading security researchers in the nation. Check out that event page for more details!

Our seminars consists of both a technical track and a business track. This technical track is aimed at architects, technologists and network engineers with responsibilities for design, deployment and operations of networking equipment and large-scale service provider and enterprise networks.

The business track is designed for business executives at technology companies looking to understand the relevance of SDN and its implications for go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and product and corporate initiatives. To register for the business track, please visit this event page.
